I sang this song at camp multiple times, and I loved it. I really thought that it shows us that we are selfish with our ways. We need to let God lead the way. If we let him lead us now, we will be in a better place later. I really took this song to heart because it is so true that we don't even thing that we are sinning by making our own plans instead of folowing the all knowing God that cares about us, and knows what testing times we will be in the future. For me, I just have to remember that God is my father, and I am his daughter. I have to trust that he will guide me in his will. And I have to trust that he has a reason for everything that he does. I am so glad that this song was introduced to me because by hearing and singing it, it really paints a picture of how selfish we are. I also pray that I will step aside and let my Lord and Savior guide me.
