baked cupcakes at cheryl's house today which ended up tasting like brownies. but it was still very good :D the first batch was terrible. cause we didn't know that we couldn't put the sprinkles on the cupcake before we were suppose to bake it. shows how inexperienced i am. and adding on to the terrible-ness. the oven would trip the electricity supply if the temperature was too high. so we were supposed to bake it at 180 degrees but only managed to get the oven to 140. Which thus led to the first batch being so horrible with all the sprinkles melted and the cupcake sunken in. it still tasted good anyhow! just looked ugly.
took extra care in making the second batch :D put them in muffin cups cause the first batch was still hogging the cupcake trays. with no sprinkles and with the oven hot from the first batch. it looked so much nicer and rounder! like normal cupcakes :D haha. so proud of the second batch (:
and Paul likes the cupcakes too (:
