Don't want to go back to school tomorrow! One month of holidays is way too short for anyone :( Going to miss all this free time going out with friends and having countless stay overs. 13 weeks of school :/ Gonna post about the last 2 weeks of the holidays!
Dan had this idea to share the love during the christmas season to his neighbours by giving out cookies to them so we met one afternoon to bake 200 cookies and packed them into 3s for all his neighbours living on the same road! We made 3 batches of cookies which was extremely tiring considering that we hardly bake at all. Dan and I met to buy the ingredients without any recipe!! Had to furiously msg people for recipes in such a short time. We went to his kitchen and had to rummage through drawers looking for all the baking utensils. Finding the electric mixer and spatula was the most challenging. Proud to say that we did a great job! Our cookies tasted GOOD and we didn't burn the kitchen done! Had quite a good response from the neighbours except 1/2 who refused to take the cookies. It was quite sad that most people thought we were trying to sell the cookies to them and that we had to keep shouting out that they were for free!
Spent new years with these people :D They cooked dinner while I was dying on the sofa in pain. Thank you for the delicious dinner!!! Sorry that I didn't do much to help :( Thank you for always looking out for me :):) Glad to have spent new years with y'all!!
Met up with AL (Amoris Lumine) and 3/4 batches of IJ girls, my year and the years below us :) Was a good time getting to know the juniors as well as meeting those my age again. It was a night where I could really feel the Ij spirit burning bright. Everyone was just so happy to see each other again and I regretted coming so late for the dinner cos of teaching :( Can't wait for the next gathering again!
DUNT!!! Love y'all daph and theresa! They're the people who made my primary school life back in IJ the best one. We used to call each other everyday to talk nonsense, write each other letters and send them by mail when there was already man, we composed music HAHA, had our very own burn book and pretty much thought that we were cool spelling friends as frenz HAHA. Those were the days :')
Sent Fi off on exchange!! Gonna miss having her and Shang. Left with 3 guys back in S'pore since kelly is away too :(

The theme was nautical so kei and kaede dressed up as pirates!! I tried to be a sailor HAHA. We ended up being the only ones who dressed up besides the other organisers.
